RETURN POLICY

Genova Art / CraftyClay accept returns from customers who possess valid photo identification cards. All return activity is tracked by the company, and Genova Art & CraftyClay often limits the number of returns and exchanges one customer may utilize. Customers may return items that are unused and in their original packaging with the purchase receipt. The purchase may not have been made more than a month prior to the exchange or return. Upon accepting the return, Genova Art & CraftyClay will credit the original method of payment with the refund amount.

If the customer does not have a valid receipt, Genova Art & CraftyClay will give the customer a refund of the purchase price of the item within three months. When it comes to items that have been opened, items are returnable if they are still in new condition.

If your Genova Art & CraftyClay purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within a month (30 days) of purchase. To return an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to a Michaels store or by mail. If you want to return an item by mail, follow steps below:

1.    Send us an email regarding the return. 
2.    Our agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email.
3.    Print the return label and adhere it to your package.
4.    Drop-off the package at your nearest UPS location.
